| You can help to raise valuable funds to support us in our efforts to protect and conserve endangered species in regions across the world. Please contact us to discuss any ideas you have – in the meantime, here are a few suggestions: sponsored swims or haircuts, sales of greetings cards, handicrafts or cakes and sweets. Energetic pursuits could include mountain or hill climbing, whilst fun events could include golf days, karaoke sessions, masked balls or quiz nights.

Adidas Women’s Challenge - September 2009

This is the country's premier 5k women's road running event with an estimated 30,000 women taking part in
Hyde Park, London, City Centre Birmingham and Sefton Park, Liverpool. This fun and friendly event is open
to women of all ages to run, jog, walk or even enjoy a gentle stroll, accompanied by buggies or pushchairs!
It's only £15.00 to enter, of which £5.00 is received by FOC, so you are already supporting us before you
start!

Skydiving |

Is Skydiving on your list of things that you would really like to do? Certainly those who have, feel
this to be one of life's most exhilarating experiences. Why not sign up and make that leap into the blue
for endangered wildlife? And of course, you can encourage your friends and family who prefer to keep
their feet on the ground to sponsor you and help raise even more.

London Marathon April 26 2009 |
| This is one of the most famous and long-standing city marathons and places are highly sought after, with over 100,000 people applying each year. We have a number of guaranteed places available for keen runners who would like to raise funds to support our work. Why not make 2009 your year to undertake this challenge?
