A Week to Save the Cheetah
Dr. Laurie Marker of the Cheetah Conservation Fund (CCF).Dr. Marker gave an exhausting 5 day tour of Oxford, London and Guildford at the end of May with the aim to increase awareness of the plight of wild cheetah populations in Africa. Dr. Marker believes that at the current rate of disappearance, the cheetah will only have 10 years left before it becomes extinct in the wild.
Through the tour we were able to highlight this plight as well as raise funds for the work of the Cheetah Conservation Fund.
